1. Booking
A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation email. The Artha Heritage reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation for any lawful reason.
2. Payment
Full nightly tariff plus refundable security deposit is collected at booking via our secure gateway. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Guest conduct
The primary guest must be 21+ and present at check-in with valid government photo ID. The guest is liable for the conduct of all occupants and for any damage to the property.
4. Occupancy
Maximum occupancy stated on the residence page must not be exceeded. Additional guests are not permitted without written consent.
5. Cancellation

6. Liability
The Artha Heritage is not liable for loss of personal belongings, force-majeure events, or acts of third parties. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the booking.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
