No parties or events
All residences are strictly non-party. Small private gatherings of up to 6 additional guests may be approved in writing, with an event deposit.
Smoking
No smoking indoors. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available at most residences.
Pets
Pet-friendly status varies by residence. Please confirm with the concierge before bringing a pet.
Guest count
Total occupants may not exceed the maximum capacity listed on the residence page. Additional guests are not permitted without written consent.
Photography
Personal photography welcome. Commercial shoots, film, or paid photoshoots require prior approval and a separate licence.
Damage
Accidental breakage happens — please tell the host. Deliberate damage, missing items, or breach of these rules will be charged against the security deposit and may attract additional recovery.
Check-out
Please leave the residence in a reasonable state: dishes in the sink, used linen on the bed, AC and lights off. Housekeeping does the rest.
