Name, email, phone, billing address, government ID (where required for stay), and payment details processed by our gateway. We also collect booking dates, guest count, and any preferences you share.
2. How we use it
To confirm bookings, communicate about your stay, process payments and refunds, comply with law, and improve our service. We do not sell your data.
3. Payment data
Card and UPI details are handled exclusively by Razorpay (PCI-DSS certified). We never see or store your full card number.
4. Sharing
We share data only with hosts of the specific residence you book, our payment processor, and authorities when legally required.
5. Retention
Booking records are retained for 7 years for tax and regulatory purposes. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by writing to stay@thearthaheritage.com.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for session and security, and minimal analytics to understand site usage. No third-party advertising cookies.
