Eligible for full refund
Guests are eligible for a full refund of accommodation charges and the security deposit if the cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
Non-refundable cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time are non-refundable. This includes:
- Same-day cancellations
- No-shows
- Early departures after check-in
- Partial stay cancellations after check-in
Security deposit
The refundable security deposit of ₹1,800 will be refunded according to the cancellation eligibility rules and property-inspection outcomes where applicable.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds are initiated automatically and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in the original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptional circumstances
The Artha Heritage reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any exception granted remains solely at the discretion of management.

You can cancel directly from your booking confirmation page using the cancel button, or write to stay@thearthaheritage.com with your booking reference. We acknowledge within 4 hours.
